Created and run by a family of Italian American origin. We offer tempting homemade pastas, risottos, oven pizzas, meat, poultry and fish, innovative salads and a variety of delicious desserts. There is also a children’s menu, so everyone can enjoy their Italian dishes while enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding vineyards.

Ristorante Vino Bello is located 5 minutes by car from the main square of Santa Cruz and a short distance from the Laura Hartwig vineyard, in the heart of the Colchagua Valley in Chile.

Tri-Carpaccio

Salmon with capers and Parmesan cheese, octopus with paprika and parsley, beef with arugula and pecorino cheese. Topped with a soft limonette.

Grilled octopus tentacles with rosemary potatoes served with avocado.

Italian squash, roasted eggplant and peppers, olives and marinated mushrooms.

Thinly sliced filet in a lemon dressing decorated with watercrest and balsamic reduction.

Insalata Mediterranea

Costina lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, olives and parsley in a lemon and herb dressing, mounted on a base of chickpea hummus.

Insalata Vino Bello

Golden camembert cheese accompanied by a mix of green leaves, caramelized walnuts and red wine punched pears. Served with balsamic dressing.

Insalata Blue

Timbale of quinoa, tomato and avocado accompanied by a mix of green leaves and blue cheese in a lemon dressing.

Insalata Caesar

Costina lettuce in caesar dressing accompanied by croutons of polenta and parmesan cheese with options of chicken fillets and shrimp.
